DAS Solar, the top-tier brand in N-type technology, has created a new record with a monthly shipment of 2 GW in June.
Innovation is the driving force for the development of DAS Solar. DAS Solar's N-type TOPCon cells achieve an average conversion efficiency exceeding 25.6% in mass production. The laboratory efficiency has surpassed 26.24%, setting a new world record with an open-circuit voltage of 730mV. The N-type module's peak power can reach 640W, while its conversion efficiency reaches a high level of 23%. Furthermore, DAS Solar has strategically established five technological pathways: TOPCon 4.0, TBC, CSPC, TSiP, and SFOS. Also, DAS Solar will collaborate with the Advanced Photovoltaics Research Center at the University of New South Wales, a leading international PV research institution, led by Professor Martin Green's team, to jointly initiate the development of SFOS ultra-high-efficiency solar cells with an efficiency greater than 35%. The core of the SFOS cell is based on DAS Solar's efficient silicon cell as a platform. A novel photoconversion thin film material with singlet fission characteristics is overlaid on the cell's surface, enabling an exciton multiplication process. This process boosts the solar cell's quantum efficiency to over 100%. The SFOS cell has a theoretical maximum efficiency that can exceed 40%.
