PERC is the acronym of Passivated Emitter and Rear Cell; a dense oxide film is arranged on the back of cell as the passivation structure to remarkably reduce the back composite of cells and improve the open-circuit voltage and efficiency of cells, thereby enhancing the module conversion efficiency and power.

The 182-module design has been developed and defined with consideration to the industry chain-wide requirements on upstream wafers, PV cell manufacturter, module type design, packaging & transportation, and design and installation of PV systems. This design can facilitate the industry expense reduction and efficiency enhancement, boost the reduction in kilowatt-hour cost of PV systems, and increase the market share of solar power generation.

The 182 modules are characterized by high-efficiency, high-bifaciality ratio, low operation temperature, excellent performance in low irradiation, weather resistance, etc. DAS Solar developed various module type designs depending on applications to ensure this series of products are applicable to full application scenarios of PV systems.

Both the production capacity of PV cell and module have reached 20 GW, and it will reach 30GW PV module and 30GW PV Cell production capicaty in 2023.
